Deleted Programs I need back

Hi,

I recently got a new computer. On this computer, I accidentally deleted three programs. I think these three programs are default programs installed when windows 8 was installed. Im not 100% sure what the programs names were. However, I know they all had C++ Redistributable in their names. Since I've deleted them, one of my games (GTA 4) Is not running and wont load.
Are these three programs default and installed when windows was installed? Or were these three programs installed when I installed the game?
If they were installed when the game was installed then I can just re-install the game. If they werent, I need these back.

If you have links to where I could download these programs that would be great.

You could do a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before you deleted the programs to restore them.
