Have you tried right click -> Open File Location? Where does it lead to?

You could download this
Autoruns for Windows and see if you can find
P rogram and therefore find what it's path is. Once we know what it is it will be easier to remove. Leaving it disabled as you have is a good test though - at least you know whatever it is you don't need it

It's most likely residual from an uninstalled program.
Easiest way to get rid of it would be CCleaner/Tools/Startup.

Program " does sound a little like a default setting a programmer would write - although personally I think I would write "
Unknown " and that would be better.
EDIT: Or (as I have) you could say "
Program failed - contact DP Operations on extension x1234 "
