Can't download apps from Store

It says my internet is too slow. I have no other choices

Yes, it's really slow. Is it 3G GPRS modem ? Cable, WiFi ? Shared connection ?

That might explain some things, can you take it over there ? If signal is too weak it can impact speed considerably.

Yeah I have a fair amount of free time, until June, when class starts. Yeah it is usually 1 or no bars(but still accessable)
