Win 8 fails to load 2 apps on initial start up

Win 8 fails to load 2 apps on initial start up. Razr Game Booster and Acronis Scheduler.If I do an immediate Re Start both apps will load correctly.
SFC tells me no problems.
Event log says Acronis failed to start, nothing listed for Razr app.
Any body run into anything like this ?
Any suggestions ?

iIf these programs need to run as administrator they will be blocked from opening with Windows as a security measure. Please check the shortcuts and see if they are so marked.

If they are services, you could change their startup type to delayed.

Windows key + R, type services.msc and press Enter.
Find the entries for the two program services. Double click on each in turn and change the Startup type to Automatic (delayed start).


See if that helps.
