Netflix metro app hangs on red start screen

Hi there
i looked through many netflix error post here. but could not find a solution on my problem
My netflix metro app just hangs on the red start screen with the Netflix logo
I tried many things to fix.
Like empty cache for metro apps, rename files to .OLD and so on..
I of course reinstalled silverlight, netflix app, over and over..
Netflix works like a charm on IE, chrome and FF.
But the metro app do not work
Does anyone have a solution for this error?
I've been googling this error for weeks now, never found any help.
But i might be blind and missing a simple solution here....
