I am sorry if this is the wrong section but this seems the best suitable for my problem.

So I have been with this problem on some other forum and the couldn't help me so I hope you guys can.

I somehow can't acces the standard Windows 8 apps anymore.
Apps like Camera, Maps, News, World clock. I can acces the App Store however...

Few days ago I made a account to test something and I noticed the apps were just running as they should be.
So I think I somehow changed a setting on my normal account that I can't use these apps anymore.

I hope someone knows the answers to solve this:)

Thank you for your quick reply.
I first runned the "windows store app troubleshooter" and this was the result it gave me:

Code:

After that I re-registred the store which didn't help.

Then I synced my app licenses, also with no result.

I also can't update apps, for example it tries to update the video and music app it says "This app is not installed. Show more details"
Then it shows me this error code:"0x80246007"

Yes I just did that, gave me this:
Code:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix someof them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

I just checked the CBS.LOG and there is loads of text so I don't know if you need all that's in there?

In that case, go ahead and go through the items listed in the blue note box under step 3 in OPTION TWO of the tutorial above to see if it may allow SFC to be able to repair the files afterwards. :)

Unlucky it didn't solve my problem, can it not just be a setting since they work with other accounts?

If you like, you could create a new account to replace the old one with.

Thanks for your help:)
