windows 8.1 apps

I updated my windows and I am not able to use windows 8.1 app and getting this 'X' in the images

I searched and I did registry editing, refresh the whole system, tried wsreset.exe got error.

Tried following commands on cmd but got error C:\Windows\system32> sfc /scannow Beginning system scan. This process will t - Pastebin.com
dn't wat to do now.

Note:
I already tried
and removed all the updates of my windows.
