Metro apps won't load

Got some strange problems with Metro apps, when some apps won't load. The problem is occuring only sometimes, sometimes it loads blazely fast.

Just asking, not a very important problem for me, because I'm not using Metro apps so much, but still, it's probably a bug.

You could try a Refresh using this Tutorial:

Probably a solution. But I don't want to refresh my PC after few minutes of using it.

Suddenly some of my Metro Apps became in gernam language
