Open source dictionary apps recommendation

Can some one recommend me an open source apps for dictionary? I have a dict file but I need a client, preferably open source one to open it.

I'm not sure this is what you want. I use the free version. Sorry if this is of no help. :( WordWeb: English dictionary, thesaurus, and word finder software.

Thanks for your prompt reply, I'm afraid I did not make myself clear, I'm just looking for an offline dictionary client, I already have a dictionary database file (it's Spanish dictionary) and would like a recommendation for an open source client to open it. Your wordweb is a complete dictionary, it's not a client and I don't believe it'll open my db file.
