Windows 8 apps crash immediately after opening

Windows 8.1 apps crash immediately after opening and none of the Windows 8.1 apps will fully load.

After clicking on an app, the loading screen appears for about a second, and then it goes back to the (metro) menu.

I tried to restore the system by system restore point but I couldn't

an error occurs and it tells me that the the system couldn't be restored to the point I wanted

Also I just want to add that there's a problem that I have just found which is the Hp simplepass software is not working too

whenever I open it, it crash's immediately too

and I get this message when I open the photoshop from the search bar on the right

9oCEwYW.png

however I used to open it that way and it worked but not anymore and the same for the metro apps, it used to work with me before feb 5th

any suggestions to get over this issue?

Yes, It used to work well. but in case it had been uninstalled accidentally, how can I make sure I have a video driver?

PS/ the metro games or the games that purchased from the store doesn't work but driver san francisco game for instance works perfectly with me

Check Device Manager. Devmgmt.msc. You can see the driver date. If you aren't sure about it, just go to HP.com and install the latest video driver for your model from there.

Maybe EC figures something out for ya.

If you have some kind of third party security, uninstall then reboot to test.

Its late and I'm going to bed...

In the meantime download the attached file, Run as Admin.

It will create a folder on the desktop, attach it to your next post so someone can maybe have a look.

Doubtful that anything in there can help if it has not already.

You can run the tool in here, then attach the results. This might be helpful to us.

Use the AVG removal tool to clear all remnants of it from the machine. Your uninstall of it previously did not go well at all:

avgtp avgtp Kernel 8/29/2013 3:25:58 AM

Perhaps look into what the heck this is (maybe malware, I dunno):

LSM LSM Running Boot Kernel Driver Not Available Unknown Not Available Not Available

Very possible that this software is not compatible with Windows 8:

ssadbus SAMSUNG Android USB Co Kernel 5/12/2011 9:06:54 AM
ssadmdfl SAMSUNG Android USB Mo Kernel 5/12/2011 9:08:26 AM

ssadserd SAMSUNG Android USB Di Kernel 5/12/2011 9:09:54 AM
ssudmdm SAMSUNG Mobile USB Mo Kernel 8/14/2013 2:47:50 AM

HotSpot Shield with these driver dates is iffy at best:

taphss Anchorfree HSS Adapter Kernel 9/15/2009 3:58:23 PM
taphss6 Anchorfree HSS VPN Ada Kernel 6/20/2013 9:09:39 PM

Use AVG removal tool, reboot.

Uninstall Samsung software, uninstall HSS software, scan with Malwarebytes.

If those 4 things don't fix it, wipe the hard drive with Killdisk then install Windows.

So there's no way to solve this issue, right?

Step 1) sell your computer on Ebay

Step 2) buy an Apple computer

Step 3) enjoy working computer. :)
