Windows 8 To Windows 7 (No CD)

Hey guys, I recently installed windows 8. I moved all my files over, when it asked.
It's now giving me loads of trouble and I need to roll back to windows 7 (Home-Basic ).
However when I try and use any of the restore or reset functions, it tells me I need to insert my cd.
I got my laptop, an Acer Aspire 5552 off of Ebay and I came with windows 7 home basic.
I've reset it once or twice before (In home basic) but now in windows 8, It says I need the cd.
I have the code for it, just no CD.

A friend of mine says he can get me an iso file of windows 7 ultimate from his CD and give me a code too.

How would I install windows 7 as an ISO?

Please for the love of all that is good and fu**ing sacred, do NOT suggest a virtualBox or VMware!

    Thanks for the help guys!

No , they are from a legit site and microsoft forum members link people to them also, what would be illegal would be to activate it using an activator

Those are official Microsoft downloads that are frequently linked on Microsoft's own forums.
