[Q] Open specific file in another program

I have set jar files to be opened with WinRAR by default. Now I want only one file to open normally as a java app. Is that possible or do I have to choose open with... every time?

Launch the "other program" with the file as parameter. For example notepad myfile.txt would open myfile.txt in notepad. If you do this often see help for making shortcuts and batch files.
