Jasc Paint shop Pro Default settings

I have Jasc Paint shop Pro installed and when I try to open a picture with it, I don't get it on the list to select from. I have it installed on Program Files (86) and I copied it to Program Files in hopes that it would show up. I'm an ace at this program so prefer to edit my pics with this program.

When I go to default programs, my Jasc PSP7 is not listed. So maybe I need to rephrase my question to... how do I get it on the list?

If it's a .jpg or whatever image, Select that and do change program. The look for PSP7.exe or whatever the executable is for that program. It should be in the PSP7 folder.

I I did that and nothing happens. I click on the photo, pick "opens with" and find PSP7 and click on it and nothing happens.
