DwnlData in internet download manager

hi guys
we have this folder in this address :
C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\IDM\DwnlData\(user)
if we delete the download lists of our IDM but in this folder we can still see the folder of that files
but i do not know that how much longer does this DwnlData remains the folders of files?
is there any way to change the options of that?

This folder only store the incomplete parts of a download. IDM automatically delete this folder if your download completed successfully. What on the list does not have anything to do with these folders, if a download link is on the list and you try to download the same file again, IDM will popup a warning dialog and ask you what action to take as shown in the screen shot.

This folder only exists if in the past you tried to download a file but was incomplete/canceled. IDM kept track of it so it can resume the download for the incomplete parts. If you no longer need it, you can manually delete it but there's no option to change.

The only thing you can do is to change this folder to somewhere else (Options->Save To)

for example i want to know that if i delete the list of downloaded files in IDM wrongly , what files did i download in 1 months ago?
