Solved .Net error.

Hi.

I was wondering if someone can help me get this problem solved.
I installed Win 8 Professional one month ago, I remember when I install catalyst drivers for the onboard GPU the configuration window was showing with no problems. After a few days I noticed on every boot there was this error window: ***see attachment.

This one above is the one that comes out when I try to use Samsung Kies, but it's basically the same for every program that requires or uses .Net Framework.
Now, I've been looking everywhere in the web to find a solution, I've found some solutions for developers and certain adjustments you have to do In visual basic or .net or whatever. The point is that I am not a developer, I used to have Visual Basic long ago on a windows Xp computer not on this one, it looks like there's not a solution for this problem.
This message keeps popping out as long as I have the application running, when I manage to close it the windows' gone.
Please someone to help me out on this, help me find a solution.:thumb::thumb::thumb:

I had some .NET Framework trouble after re-installing my laptop.
Do you know how many versions you have of Framework?

To check. Run "Run"

Type "regedit"
Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/microsoft/.NET Framework
The subfolders say what versions you own.

If you dont have .NET Framework 3.0 you should try getting it by downloading .NET Framework 3.5. It might repair the error of .NET Framework 4.0.

This is how i solved my .NET Framework errors.

I have checked there and I found the following folders:

v2.0.50727
v3.0
v4.0.30319

Then I downloaded the installer for version 3.5 from the link you sent but It does nothing. I even tried to run it as administrator but nothing happens. Tried other installers for other apps and they do work. Seems like that .net installer is locked by default.

Is there any other thing I can do?

You can try opening control panel
Then search for windows features.
If im correct you get a list of stuff including .NET Frameworks aplications.
Can you tell me what you see?

Finally I found a solution that Works great!

Go to this Tutorial:

Download this tool. (Link is already on Tutorial) Process Monitor
Follow the instructions on the link above.
Download the missing DLL (I've found mine on Original dll files)

On the first step in Resolution part of the tutorial find the first directory referenced, if the folder is missing create and name it as the referenced path.
Place the downloaded DLL on the referenced folders and named as it is referenced.
Restart PC
Give a try. Now the error doesnot pop up anymore.
Done.
