I posted a solution (actually more of a "work around" in the W7 Forums to fix the blank (black) screen when using the pop out window in Sky go when using IE10/IE11. Note --FULL SCREEN mode works without problem -but the pop-out re-sizeable window is quite nice when you want to have this on while doing other work.
