About two months ago I built my first PC, and installed Windows on my SSD, but moved my User profile to the HDD using this guide here: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/4275-user-profiles-relocate-another-partition-disk.html Since I built the PC for gaming, I never used the Store until about two weeks ago when I was trying to get the Skype app. It gave me error code 0x80070032 saying that the transaction cannot be completed. Skype is a free app, so there was no monetary transaction, so this confused me. I tried to download other random apps just to see if it would even work. None of them will download, or even try to download, and I get the same error code. It also had a permanently pending update for Xbox Smartglass but said it couldn't update it and didn't give me a reson why. I tried the store reset, and when I reopened the Store it said that it could not connect to the store, and said "try again later" which was highlighted in green so I clicked on Try Again and the store opened. It lets me browse the apps, but I cannot download or purchase any of them. I just get an error code. Does anyone know what is going on? I am wondering if it may have something to do with the User files being on the HDD and Windows being on my SSD which is the C: drive.
