Hello Evoicefire,

You might see if running a SFC /SCANNOW command to repair any corrupted system files, and check to see if you have any updates for the Music app from the Store that may need to be installed. If that still doesn't help, then see if uninstalling/reinstalling the Xbox Music app from the Store may.

Hope this helps, :)
Shawn

I'm glad to hear that you got the first error sorted. What turned out to be the solution for it?

Restart your PC to see if you still get the latest "App did not launch within its allotted time." error message.

No longer getting that error *phew* now it returns:

From the sfc tutorial Shawn provided:

notesmall1.png
NoteIf SFC could not fix something, then run the command again to see if it may be able to the next time. Sometimes it may take running the sfc /scannow command 3 times restarting the PC after each time to completely fix everything that it's able to.

If not, then run the Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command to repair any component store corruption, restart the PC afterwards, and try the sfc /scannow command again.

Did you try the DISM command ?
