Turn off UAC for a certain program?

I have a backup program I want to run automatically every night. The problem is that it requires approval to run by the UAC.

Is there anyway to allow one program to run without UAC intervention without disabling UAC for everything?

Task Scheduler

In W7 you could achieve this using the Task Scheduler:

I haven't tried this in W8 though.

The program schedules itself through a built in scheduler. The program is True Image.

Have you tried disabling its scheduler and making your own?

I am not sure if it would work as it is a setting within the program. If the setting is selected, it manages backups and it doesn't automatically if not. I am specifically talking about automatically deleting old backups too. It also needs admin approval to run, but I don't want the main account to have admin privileges.

I don't know anything about True Image.

Maybe other people on this forum use it and can advise you how to force it to do what you want.

I added the backup operator group to my user account, but it makes no difference. On my administrator account, adding backup operator allows True Image to work flawlessly. If it is going to require me to log into the admin account, then what use is automatic backups? I might as well do it manually every time.
