Black blotches and some of screen not showing.

Hey guys,
Basically when I go go onto the start menu there are these black rectangles everywhere (screenshots will be added) also when i attempt to save an image off google i have to manually scroll around the screen to be able to see the options, this happens for all windows 8 apps.
I'm using a HP envy, 8gb ram, windows 8 64 bit operating system and radeon graphics, HELP!

what is your screen settings set at?

1024 x 768?

lower or higher?

Set it to the maximum.

1366 X 768 which is the max

Those are my settings as well..

Uninstall the video drivers and see if it is restored

If all is ok with the windows general drivers then you may need to use a lower version of your current video drivers.
