I don't come here a great deal but after seeing this am more than a tad curious now.

That seem pretty neat. Its worth a try for all Start Menu fanatics. The look and feel look very fresh.

No probs Vertex I actually must pass it on to my brother who while only has just started computing in any depth has a rather natural grasp of 8. He is still a bit lost with some 7 stuff but he went round 8 making me look like a slouch when I was over in the UK recently

Well I was just toying with the idea of getting 8 onto my spare laptop for trying out when I came across this article. I was thinking it would be rather nice if 8 didn't turn out to be the bad boy that it appears.

In my opinion, MS should have implemented a Start Menu and Start button in a fashion similar to that.

The third parties are always there to sustain where MS is often lacking..

Thanks for posting - looks very interesting to me. UPDATE: Tried it and decided it just isn't for me. I will stick with Start 8, which I find to be a nice combination of Windows 7/8 and easier for me to use. Thanks anyway for posting - it's different and worth a look.
