FWIW: I had a good windows 7 system running and put the dev release upgrade to my w7. I had office pro 2010 installed on windows 7 and when I finally got to the w8 desktop, I could not find office 2010 anyplace?
It looks as if w8 install removed it.
But, I did an install and it worked fine.
although I can't figure out how to install a network printer but I think that the install printer routine is looking at
ipv6 instead.
Still giving the w8 dev release a shot for a while.

This kinda hidden and the may be a better way but this is how I added my network printers in Win 8, you have to know the IP address to setup the printer too.
Control panels> System> Device Manager> right-click on the name of the computer at the top of the device manager list, you will see the option to “Add legacy hardware.” Install the hardware that I manually select from a list> scroll down to printers> create a new port >Standard TCP/IP Port. etc... (like old windows 7)

Hello, I currently have a problem with this cos i didnt do an "upgrade" but instead installed windows 8 in a separate partition, as such I cant use my Microsoft Office 2010 Professional. Anyone know a workaround? Do I just install it again on my Windows 8 partition? If I do that, wld I need to have 2 licenses if I still want to keep it running in my Windows 7 partition as well?
