Hello, I have a problem:

I rebooted my computer because it was getting slow. But then when I tried to open the apps I installed, they didn´t load, and the apps appear with a cross and the names are for example: AppexNews, Microsoft.WindowsLive.Hotmail, AppexMaps...I have an image of my screen to show you how they are:

Yeah, I have it in spanish

Please help me, thanks!

Just had the same issue. Went through the trouble shooting steps and the only thing that worked for me was uninstalling the apps and then reinstalling them.

I tried all the troubleshooting steps, no one worked for me, also if you see the picture I uploaded, it´s different than the other one. Uninstalling and installing didn´t worked for me because, like I said, an error ocurres.

Something I saw in the page of Microsoft is this:
When you reboot Windows 8, apps included within Windows 8 and apps instaled with the Windows Store are removed.

Please help me, I can´t even download apps.

As a test, create a new administrator account to see how it behaves while signed in to it.

How do I do that?

EDIT: Ok, I created a new administrator account, I´m really REALLY grateful with you, I have my metro apps again, and now I can download them without any problem. Man, thank you

Also I need to download some programs again but that doesn´t compare to my problem.

And again, Thank you.
