Apps/app store not working

Hey...
I got a problem with my core apps like weather and so... I can't manage to open them. They would not open at all. When I click them nothing happens. Before I had this user account control, or how it's called, disabled. It told me to reactivate it so I can use them. And I did so. Now after restart nothing happens. So solutions would be appreciated. They don't work on Microsoft website either (app store).

The Store and Store apps will not work when you have UAC disabled. See if using the tutorial below to set UAC back to the default level, then restart the PC may help.

If not, then try going through the apps and Store troubleshooting steps below to see if they may be able to help.

I kinda tried some of those things but nothing changed.

Did you enable UAC?

Give them all a try, or until one does the trick for you.

I did enable UAC... that's when they stopped working actually. I mean they didn't before cause UAC was disabled but it was telling me to enable it so I can use them, but now that UAC is enabled nothing happens even when I click them. also is the app store supposed to be installed somehow on my computer? or it's basically just the online website where you click to install them. Cause nothing happens even when I click the apps there.
ok so I was never using the windows apps for basic stuff such as music, photos, videos. I tried opening a photo now with that core program and got an error that says invalid value for registry and now I start to think that it might have something to do with the fact that I used an online thing from Microsoft to fix registries for my apps. Now I don't remember if it was only this particular program... AutoCAD that was giving me problems since I couldn't reinstall it or what the "fixIt" or how it's called messed with more other registries...
edit: it just got more serious apparently... tried to open a picture now and it won't even open it. it says that the registries have been marked for deletion :-s

You might consider trying a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before you had all of these issue to see if it may be able to help.
