No windows apps working... won't connect to internet

Here is what I've done:
1. Refresh Install
2. Reinstall
3. Use wifi and ethernet
4. remove all antivirus
5. restart computer
6. make account local and then back to internet

I have a dell 6400. It originally had windows 7 64 bit, and I installed windows 8 64 bit on day one. At one point I was able to access the store, but as of two weeks ago, I can no longer. (other apps have been knocked out for some time). I've installed the latest updates. What do?

Hi disco, i have the same big problem. See my thread http://www.eightforums.com/software-apps/23558-windows-8-store-wont-open.html . No solution i am afraid until Microsoft delivers finally a fix..
