I like to autohide the taskbar on the desktop, and perhaps I'm very lazy but I'm looking for a tiny clock app that will display the time on the desktop without me having to head on over to the taskbar. Ideally no clockface graphics or anything like that, just a small digital readout of the time I can put in the corner of the screen to have the time at a glance. Do you know of any?

Hello Monty, and welcome to Eight Forums.

If you like, you can press the :winkey: + C keys to show the Metro clock when you like from anywhere in Windows 8.

Hope this helps, :)
Shawn
