one of w8 default apps never fully opens and hangs on a white screen any idea what it is supposed to do please

That is the Intel version of an App store. You can create an account and purchase apps through them. If you aren't going to use it just uninstall it.

its not a default win8 app ,its not on mine ,and when i tried to download it from the microsoft store it told me mi computer did not meat the system requirements ,weird ,
