I have Win 8 Retail Final Professional English x64

I have installed and uninstalled many apps from the Windows Store. But I have realized that, after having uninstalled some of them I didn´t like, if I go to "Your Applications" and select "Applications not installed in this computer" I still see them like in a kind of "History" (like in the Internet browsers)

How Can I Remove The List Of "not installed apps" in Store ??

Android does exactly the same thing.

I have loads of apps listed in my history that stay there forever.

Maybe it's just the way both Microsoft and Google track usage and popularity of apps?

I would say if there is any way at all of removing them it would be buried somewhere in your Microsoft account settings.

That's something I hope they change/fix. My list includes Apps installed by ASUS on my new laptop. I made the mistake of logging in with my live id before uninstalling them. Now they are in my "my apps" list even though I never wanted them in the first place. Also, if you try an app just once, but don't like it, its in your list too with no way to remove it. The only way out is to delete your Live ID account and create a new one. :(

XD XD XD

The only way out is to delete your Live ID account and create a new one.

Maybe...but when your account is 14 years old (my case) that´s not an option.

The worst is when I select "Your apps"/ INSTALLED Apps in (Name of my PC)... and I obtain a mixed list of installed and already removed (many months ago) apps. Don´t understand what happens but it doesn´t work.

Another nasty feature...

Love how the Win8 forum app is for the Apple and Android stores only. :roflmao:
