Office 2013 background colour

It Burns My Eyes!

Seriously, is there any way to change the background colour of Microsoft Office 2013?

I know that you can make the background a slightly darker shade of grey in the "Office Themes" menu, but is there any way to change the colour (e.g. blue)

I am desperate, I will even install mods/3rd party themes to enable me to DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN THE PAGE AND THE BACKGROUND. What in the world was Microsoft thinking? - "lets just burn out the retinas of every student, home user, and business professional by forcing them to view a WHITE PAGE ON A WHITE BACKGROUND"

Thanks in advanced for your help, and I apologise for the rant, but I strongly believed that it was necessary.

To my knowledge, and I looked again at a number of sources, we only have the three theme options. Seems like a limited selection.

I happen to really like the minimalist feel of the white theme, but taste vary and MS is ignoring peoples desire to be able to modified/theme programs.

Just an example of another change that many of us wanted and don't have the ability to change.
