I've switched off US holidays in settings and they disappear in calendar view but come back again next time I start the pc. Location has been set to the UK, if I must have holidays showing I would prefer the ones for the UK, anyone else got this problem?

I wonder if the settings are held in your Microsoft/Hotmail account's Calendar settings rather than on your computer.

So I'd try logging in to your Microsoft account on Hotmail (or whatever) and then go to the Calendar bit.

If it is coming from your Microsoft account, then Post 3 on this thread seems to describe how to unsubscribe from a calendar (eg. the US one on your case) and subscribe to the UK one...

Thanks for the suggestion but it seems to be ok now, what I did was select change location but clicked on the same location (UK). I don't know if it was this that sorted the problem or if it was coincidence.
