Could not intialize App. Instance is probably Running.

ok title says it all im trying to launch an app where its not supported on windows 8 yet. The app launches fine but when i close it and try to relaunch the app i get the error.

I know you'll tell me to end the task from the task manager and ill be able to relaunch... i know but i need a fix where i dont have to do this. thank you.
