This prevents Media Center from working.
I tried this after you mentioned it, and it does break media center. Also, after I tried the activation when Control Panel > System the page doesn't load instead displays "The Page Failed To Load"

Same here... and NoPill v1.5 doesnt resolve the problem.
NoPill 1.5 worked much better. Activation happened, and Media Center still opens. In Control Panel>System it still says page failed to load...
