Greetings.
I'm using a program named "Soundtaxi" SoundTaxi - Protected Music (Audio) and Video Converter to convert from Wma to MP3 for our MP3 players.
It does work, but the sound stutters when converted with this tool. I bought it some years ago (yes, it is updated to newest version), and have used it a lot in Windows 7, where it works fine. When converted to f.i. 170kbps the .MP3-file in windows 8 is a little bigger than when done in windows 7. That is OK, but the sound-stutter is NOT ok.
In both cases I use mediaplayer to receive the licence for the Wma-files (otherwice they ar locked, and can't be converted). I have used the program in XP, windows 7 (x86 and x64) without problems

As this is completely done in CPU, I can't see why Windows 8 vs Windows 7 makes a difference? CPU works fine in Win7 and Win8 ;)

Thanks for info, Draken. I'll get this new version. Funny, I just checked it yeaterday, and it was still 4.3.8, but 4.3.9 is doing a good job.
