hello,
first of all, greetings to everyone forum members. I ask forgiveness in advance because my English is very poor.
Since I started testing Windows8, I realized that the Template Labeler Lighscribe software could not be installed on the new operating system.
The truth is that I'm crazy doing tests, and I think in the end I got it working. I explain how.
I've tried it on a clean installation of Windows8 and it worked.
I hope this little trick is useful while they take a version that is compatible.
greetings and thanks,
pd . If you have no chance of getting the folder from a windows7 installation, notify forum and I'll try to upload a link.

- The first step is to install the LightScribe System Software (LSS). You have to install it in compatibility mode.
- Then you have to get the installation folder LightScribe Template Labeler, from a computer that it is installed on Windows 7 (the folder is C: \ Program Files (x86) \ LightScribe Template Labeler)
- You have to copy that folder on the C: \ Program Files (x86) of your Windows8 instalation.
- It only remains to get a shortcut of the Templatelabeler.exe executable file to your desktop.
I've tried it on a clean installation of Windows8 and it worked.
I hope this little trick is useful while they take a version that is compatible.
