Hi, I just got my new laptop yesterday, which made me switch from windows 7 to 8.
today I got into total frustration. After I set up the account I tried to install CodeBlocks (or any software in general)
during the very beginning of the set up, the error message poped up said "cannot create the target folder" and suggested that I may not have enough permission.
I tried to manually create a target folder for CodeBlocks to install, but still won't work. I guess the windows system is preventing me from writing in C disk.
I was using the only account on the computer which is an administrator account.
Does anyone have the same issue? I don't know why windows 8 makes things so complicated and hard to use...
Please help me!!! thanks!!
