Hello, I've ran into a problem with the Netflix app just recently and I've just about ran out of ideas on how to fix it. I was getting the "green screen of death" when trying to watch something, which indicates I needed to update my drivers. And so I did. Both of my video and audio drivers are up to date, but now when I try to watch something I get this:

I have the same problem. I called Netflix and they said it was a new application and that there may be some bugs. They suggested using IE from the desktop. That works fine for me but it would be nice to have the app from the Start screen work.

I have a similar problem with the video. I'm using a DisplayLink monitor, and so long as the driver is enabled, it will cause problems with Netflix because it isn't HDCP compliant. You might check your audio control panel and see if there are any other audio devices enabled besides the one you're using, and disable them.

I am using an HDMI connection to a NVIDIA GTX 560. The video will play when I disable ALL sound devices but, of course, I get no sound so that is not a good fix. As I have said, I can play the videos fine with the desktop IE.
