A few days ago, I deleted Skype from my computer completely because I don't want to go back to the community I've been using that particular account on, and frankly would prefer not to use Skype anymore if it's at all possible.
Now, just today, I've noticed that the People app started showing the avatars of the people from that old Skype account, and now it's shown as "connected." I don't even see an option to remove the account.
I'm really, really serious about not wanting to use that account, but I don't know how to remove it, and it's freaking me out that I might appear online in that horrible community due to this.
I'm willing to accept any suggestion for getting rid of it. Do I have to remove the People app entirely, along with other useful applications, if I don't want to be logged into that particular Skype account now? Is there any way I could just create a different Skype account to link instead, even if I don't end up using it?
