Apps Not Opening Anymore

I have a problem with some apps not opening anymore. They opened just fine before, but now they just click but don't respond. Im putting a link with a video I made about it. Any ideas what it could be? HP dv6 laptop quad core, dedicated GPU, screen resolution to the max.

Hi danman, welcome to the forums, if you have switchable graphics try disabling dedicated graphics and see, uninstall any third party security as well.

I cant switch my graphics any. It worked just fine before with my McAfee and Malwarebytes on. I disabled them now just to test it out, and the apps still dont open up. I dont know what it could be.
