Solved Office 2013 beta still downloadable?

Just before win 8 release I downloaded win 8 preview and Office 2013 beta and installed both
After win 8 was released I bought the $39.00 upgrade and installed this on top
Interestingy enough this never asked for the XP license from a retired machine which I had? This
took the box back to new fresh install without Office of course

Now I can,t find Office 2013 beta to download at all
Is the free beta trial over?
