Broken start screen - whole Modern UI, in fact

I've messed up.
I was trying to move AppData from my User's folder and I broke Windows 8 Modern UI.
Now, AppData is back where it was, but not exactly the way it was. Some files are probably missing, some were overwritten. And I don't have a backup copy.

I can't launch any Metro app, except Store, which exits on splash screen.

I have an image of my system disk, but it was just after fresh installation, so it doesn't contain everything.
Maybe I could copy some files from it, so it repairs my start screen. Like \Local\Microsoft or sth.

I don't want to reinstall/refresh my system, because of my non-Windows Store apps.

Or maybe I should delete and recreate my user (I use Microsoft Account) and it will magically repair itself?
