Clear app settings and associate new Skype App with another user

I installed the new Skype App on my Windows 8 account but I associated it with the wrong Windows 8 user and now I'd like to associate it with another user. I tried uninstalling the Skype App then reinstalling it but it remembered the settings and logged me in as the previous user. Does anyone know if there is a way to clear out the synchronized app settings and start over?

Of course I'm talking about the new Microsoft Store Skype App and not the Skype Desktop software.

I believe the default behavior in Windows 8 with an online account is to sync your settings to the cloud so that regardless of which Windows 8 machine you log into the settings travel with you. You can try to go to Settings in the Charms bar then click "Change PC Settings". Select "Sync Your Settings" in the left side then disable "App Syncing", with it disabled uninstall the App and re-install. You may want to wait a few mins after disabling the App Syncing before uninstalling and re-installing, I find syncing to be a bit slow.

Thanks for your reply. I looked in my Skype account settings on their website and saw that it was associated internally with my Microsoft account. I contacted Skype tech support and they said they could changed which Skype account is associated with my Microsoft account. They're supposed to e-mail me back and let me know...
