How do you delete files you've uploaded

I uploaded two examples of Windows 10 Start menu. I want to delete one but I don't see anywhere on the Manage Attachmenys window to delete it.

In Manage Attachments drag & drop the screenshot to the bottom then click the X

I found out how to do it totally by accident once.

I thought I was just cleaning out my forums folder, so I would have a better over view of what has been posted, and found out it deleted from the post too. For example Funny Pictures or Show us Your Desktop now only have "attachment #XXXXX" now:eek:.
