How do I get a signature?

There is no "Edit Signature" in my User CP, and I cannot PM anyone.

No worries. New users are not able to PM or VM another member, and not able to create a signature for anti-spamming purposes.

Once you are no longer a new member after X amount of time and posts, you'll be able to.
