Thanks mikiep for your reply. As you suggested, I tried WSREset.exe, DISM RestoreHealth, and moved stuff out of download folder, but msiexec.exe still loads. Here are a little more information. msiexec.exe doesn't load in safe mode, and it loads 2~3 mins after normal boot.

Thank you richc46. It appears that there are three adaptors. Please see attached screenshot. The Relatek adaptor already uses latest driver and no newer driver is available for the Intel adaptor and I don't know what to do with Microsoft Kernel debug adaptor. What should I do now? Thanks again.

Hi I clean installed Windows 8 yesterday. Windows randomly crashed 5 - 7 times yesterday and crashed again this morning at boot up. IDK what causing this BSOD. This is even worse than Windows 98. Please help guys.
