Yesterday I installed Windows 8 Pro. All went fine until I decided to try whether Symantec EP 12 would install and work. It doesn't, it results in a BSOD (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION in SysPlant.sys). OK fine, just boot into safe mode and deinstall SEP or disable the service, right? Wrong...
