Im getting the 8E5E03FB error when trying to install KB3045999 and KB3037576. I get the 80240020 error when trying the Upgrade to Windows 10.
I have tried the windows fix it to reset windows update, the built in troubleshooter and sfc scannow but nothing seems to work.
I am running Windows 8.1...
