After using a reg cleaner, now some of my internal links to MS programs aren't working. See arrow pointing to Windows update flag (right click works, but clicking on a link does nothing) and links circled in red in "Firewall settings"...clicking on does nothing.

I used to be able to hold down the "ctrl" button while pickin several files, which would be highlighted. Now its not working. I did use a rather aggresive registry cleaner, not sure if that did it or not.
