I did the restorehealth and it said the component store corruption was repaired. Then did sfc and it said that it did not find any integrity violations. I then restarted and the problem still persists.

OK so i think Ive narrowed it down a bit more. I did a virus scan and it removed a few things that I think contributed to the issues. When I startup I see the startup programs starting however after about 10 seconds a blank blue screen pops up. Then after a bit the desktop reappears and reloads...

Idk if this adds anything or is helpful but none of the dell drivers work properly, such as dell touchpad. I reinstalled it and it always seems to fail to start up and work.
