    Why is my Win8 upgrade saying it's a Win7 install?

    Hi, Paid $39.99 to upgrade my Win7 Home Premium, burned it to disk. For some strange reason, the install is Win7. :confused: If it's a factor, have a dual boot with Ubantu. Any ideas of why this is happening?
