microsoft basic display driver is the only thing that is showing for my HP dv9 laptop. I have an nvidia GeForce/AMD card, but when I downloaded the drivers from the nvidia site, it will not install. My resolution looks awful.... I am not a computer wiz, so any help is greatly appreciated...
